Minster Bank Awards $14,000 in Scholarships

(Minster, OH – August 7. 2024) Minster Bank recently awarded $14,000 in scholarships to local 2025 graduates. Each received a $1,000 scholarship and were chosen by their respective school’s scholarship committee based upon their academics and their pursuit of a business degree. 

Minster Bank is driven to support every community we serve. For over a decade, the bank has been expanding the scholarship program to reach more local communities and give additional students a valuable boost in their educational experience. Congratulations to the following students: 

St Marys Memorial High School graduate, Kailyn Verbryke, daughter of Jill and Brent Verbryke, will be attending Columbus State Community College to study Business and Baking and Pastry Arts. 

New Knoxville graduate, Noah Holland, is the son of Kris and Jill Holland. He will be attending Indiana University – East to study Business Administration. 

Landon Sibert, graduate of Sidney High School, is the son of Tara and Rob Sibert. He will be attending Ohio State Lima to study Business Management. 

Covington High School graduate Gabrielle Hartwig, daughter of Jeremy and Lisa Hartwig, will be attending Wright State University to study Financial Services. 

Kateri Sherman, graduate of Ft. Loramie High School, daughter of Jennifer and Matthew Sherman, will be attending the University of Kentucky to study Integrated Strategic Communications. 

New Bremen graduate Brady Keller, son of Chris and Becky Keller, will be attending Ohio University and majoring in Finance. 

Graduate of Troy Christian High School, Ezekiel Morse, is the son of Hannah and David Morse. He will attend Sinclair Community College to study Business. 

Alexandrea Cotrell, graduate of Troy High School, is the daughter of Lisa and Rick Cotrell. She will attend the Ohio State University majoring in Business Administration. 

Lehman Catholic High School graduate Eliza Westerheide, daughter of Jay and Anne Westerheide, will be attending the University of Dayton as an honors student in the Business School. 

Marion Local High School graduate, Daniel Everman, is the son of Shannon and Craig Everman. He will be attending Bowling Green State University in the fall and major in Business. 

Dakota Headapohl (not pictured), graduate of Wapakoneta High School, is the son of Chris and Ashley Headapohl. He is currently enrolled at Rhodes State College with a goal of attending The Ohio State University majoring in Business. 

Houston High School graduate, Adam Edwards (not pictured), son of Jessica and Brian Edwards, will be attending Ohio Christian University majoring in Sports Management. 

Also receiving scholarships were Minster High School graduate Allison Zhang (not pictured) and Butler High School graduate Hannah Williams (not pictured).
