Trust Plumbing was established in early 2020 by Troy and Erin, a husband and wife team. Troy boasts over two decades of experience in the plumbing industry, having learned from some of the most reputable plumbers in Dayton. He is a Master Licensed professional in the State of Ohio, and has worked extensively in various areas of the industry, including sales, wholesaling, management, and now business ownership. His expertise primarily lies in residential and commercial service plumbing.

Erin, on the other hand, has a background in client services at a local hospital and served as a secretary at Brookville High School before joining Trust Plumbing in 2021 to support Troy in the day-to-day operations.

As a family-oriented business, Trust Plumbing takes pride in its family values. Troy and Erin have two teenage children; their son intends to learn the plumbing trade and continue working in the family business, while their daughter has a deep affection for animals, particularly their golden retriever.

During their leisure time, the family enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, attending cross country and track meets, and participating in church activities. They also relish spending time at the beach with their extended family.

In keeping with their family-oriented approach, Trust Plumbing chose to incorporate their golden retriever, Sydney, into their branding. They aim to exude trustworthiness and reliability, much like their beloved companion.
