Expectations:

To ensure the success and excellence of this program, we must ask that applicants be: 

1.Teachable: students will be exposed to countless learning opportunities. 

2.Conscientious: exhibit a high standard of morals. These students will represent the Troy community and be looked upon as role models in the community. 

3.Hard-working: assignments are a vital part of the experience. 

4. Dependable: on time, with no other commitments that will interfere with attendance. 

Teen Leadership Troy takes place Monday - Friday for a total of 40 hours We must ask that participants commit to attend all sessions of Teen Leadership Troy. Absenteeism may result in your removal. If you are unable to make a commitment, it is not in your best interest to apply at this time. By submitting this application you acknowledge that you understand the time commitment involved.

Applicant Selection

All applicants are subject to confidential evaluations.  Students should be aware that there may be more applicants than the class size allows.  Candidates are selected exclusively on their own merit, including legibility and neatness of application.   All applications are due by Friday, April 13, 2026 at 5:00 pm.

Payment

After submitting application, you may complete the payment online by going to the Events Tab and choosing Teen Leadership Troy. Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted online. 

Online payment is preferred but you can mail or deliver your $100.00 Non-refundable application fee to:
